I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were filthy and disgusting with clothing left from the previous guests, which was really disappointing. However, the staff were very helpful and friendly, making our stay a bit more bearable.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were fantastic - spacious, clean, and with stunning views of the city, but unfortunately, the constant smell of cigarette smoke through the ventilation system really put a damper on our enjoyment. The service was friendly and helpful, although we were disappointed to learn that there were no balconies or terraces. The location was decent, next to the Talpiot Market, but lacked nearby dining options. The dining experience was subpar compared to other places we've been to in Israel. Overall, a good stay with some drawbacks.
